The roof is the last piece to be constructed, where it is made water tight and the appropriate roof membranes and materials are fitted

The houses can be formed as detached, semi detached or as terraces, with variations in the roof design and creating an interesting roofscape.

It takes approximately 4 weeks from prepared sub floor to hand over.

The houses are of code 4 rating for the code for sustainable homes, and designed to comply with NIHE.
